1. Data controller and contact details

2. Contact and requests for quotes
The contact form requests your name, email address, telephone number, selected show and an optional message. These details are forwarded to the official website email address to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The website database does not store the form content; it is delivered to the recipient’s email system. Required fields are necessary to submit the form; the message is optional. Please do not submit sensitive personal data. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b), steps prior to entering into a contract at your request; for other enquiries it is Article 6(1)(f), the legitimate interest in responding. The checkbox acknowledges that you have read this notice and is not marketing consent. Email correspondence is retained for up to 12 months after the enquiry is closed, unless a contract or legal claim requires further retention; separate information will be provided about further processing. The selected SMTP or hosting email provider processes the recipient address and message content; the operator must identify that provider according to the production configuration. Mail is sent through the hosting service or an encrypted SMTP connection. Abuse prevention retains a keyed hash of the IP address and attempt timestamps for up to 24 hours. Duplicate-submission protection retains a random identifier and delivery status for 24 hours. Their legal basis is Article 6(1)(f), the legitimate interest in website and email security. Names and message content are not written to technical logs.
3. Hosting, technical operation and security

Server logs may contain the IP address, request time, requested URL, browser and response code. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(f), the legitimate interest in availability and IT security. Intended retention: 30 days; the operator must configure actual hosting logs accordingly. Admin login rate limiting stores a one-way hash of the IP address for up to 24 hours.
4. Cookies and consent records
Analytics and marketing trackers load only after prior consent for the relevant category (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). They are disabled by default. Your choice stays in browser local storage for up to 180 days, and a changed notice requires a new choice. To document consent, the server stores a random identifier, the two category choices, policy version and timestamp for up to 180 days; this record contains no IP address. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(c), the duty to demonstrate consent under Article 7(1). You can reject or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
5. External analytics and advertising providers
If the operator activates identifiers and you accept the appropriate categories, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland), Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Ireland), and TikTok Pixel (TikTok Technology Limited, Ireland, and TikTok Information Technologies UK Limited, United Kingdom) may run. Transferred data may include device and browser information, page URL, page views, cookie identifiers and IP address. The directly integrated tags measure page views only; personal contact details are not sent to these services. Marketing purposes are advertising measurement and audience creation; analytics purposes are traffic analysis. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in the direct Google Analytics integration. External providers may also process data under their own terms.
6. International data transfers
Analytics providers may process data outside the EEA. Safeguards may include a European Commission adequacy decision (for recipients actually certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework), or standard contractual clauses and supplementary protections. Before enabling each account, the operator must check actual recipients, processing terms and transfer safeguards. Ask show@reinasdelritmo.hu for details. Rejecting trackers prevents these transfers through the website.
7. Your rights and remedies
You may request access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, and data portability where the legal conditions apply. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to show@reinasdelritmo.hu. We respond without undue delay, normally within one month. For complex or numerous requests this may be extended by two further months; you will be informed within the first month. You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11.; https://www.naih.hu/online-ugyinditas), or seek a judicial remedy. The website does not make automated decisions with legal effects. Marketing partners operating with your consent may create audience profiles under their own notices.
8. External links and photographs
Social media links open the provider only when clicked; embedded social content does not load automatically. Gallery images are served from our own hosting. The operator must have an appropriate legal basis and, where necessary, consent to publish images of identifiable people.
